As a Sales Development Representative, you will be front and centre for bringing our amazing product to even more amazing companies. Your key focus will be to identify, engage and nurture, leads, through your work helping them transition into successful new HiPeople customers.
What you'll get to do...
- Tell the world about HiPeople! As the first point of contact with prospective customers, your excitement, knowledge, and passion for revolutionizing candidate references will drive new business growth.
- You engage with both inbound prospects, as well as create opportunities via outbound by using any number of mediums (i.e. calls, emails, networking, social, etc).
- You understand the real needs of our prospects, you read between the lines and happily address obstacles to effectively convert prospects to leads for our Account Executive to close.
- As an SDR you are a strategic component of HiPeople's Go-to-Market strategy and a driving force behind new revenue growth.
- You actively listen and understand the prospect's needs so you can best address how HiPeople will add value, save time and reduce costs to their hiring process.
- Work hand-in-hand with Sales and founder to provide feedback and insights regarding lead quality and messaging.
