The role:

We are looking for a Psychology/Science Intern to join our science team. The successful candidate will have at least a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resources, BWL/VWL or related fields and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. The role involves taking responsibility for a specific project related to test development, managing external experts, and keeping track of the project’s success.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the development of tests related to the project
• Manage experts and coordinate their contributions to the project
• Monitor project progress and ensure that timelines are met
• Track data and success metrics related to the project
• Communicate with stakeholders and experts regarding the project’s progress and any issues that may arise

Requirements:

• Enrolment in an EU university
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, BWL/VWL or related fields
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
