We've been working hard on gender diversity in the last few years, it’s gone through equal and unequal periods. At the beginning of 2021, we had only 1 member identifying as female. Today this number has fallen to 2. It’s far from where we’d like this to be (and diversity is more than gender) but it shows we again need to be deliberate in our targeting and hiring efforts.
We created some initiatives to increase the diversity of our team.
