HiPeople offers two setup modes for Clients to deliver skills assessments to their Customers:

  1. Using a single HiPeople instance for all Clients and assessments.

  2. Creating a new instance for each Customer.

Clients generate assessment links via the HiPeople API, distribute these to Talents, and then retrieve assessment scores using the provided API methods.

Regardless of setup mode chose, the following steps need to be taken.

Steps to take

  1. HiPeople provides HiPeople account to Client
  2. Client creates Customer-specific skills assessment in HiPeople; HiPeople can support with this
  3. Client invites Customer’s Talents to skills assessment via HiPeople API
