Skill questions allow you to check assumptions about the candidate's skills. Skills questions are generally answered in two steps by reference givers. They rate the candidate's skill on a scale that ranges from 1-10 and then are asked to provide at least one specific example that illustrates the proficiency. The only thing we need to know from you is the skills you want to know about!
