We seek a highly motivated and skilled Founders Associate to support our founders (Jakob & Sebastian) in a diverse range of tasks. This role is ideal for a sharp-minded individual with a passion for learning and a particular appetite for new challenges. The ideal candidate will embrace uncharted project territory, and face opportunities with enthusiasm and a strong hands-on mentality. Based on performance this position can transition into a lead full-time position.

Range of projects (selection)

• Assemble presentations for all-hands meetings and investor reports.
• Ideate, create, and manage growth tools, such as ROI calculators.
• Develop sales collateral for new market segments.
• Streamline accounting and bookkeeping processes.
• Analyze new market opportunities and user feedback to inform product development.
• Lead projects for localizing marketing content to new markets.
