What you'll get to do...
- take over roughly defined initiatives in the areas of operations, go-to-market, product
- own initiatives end-to-end, from planning over execution to review and iterating
- spot rooms for growth within all areas of our company and team and make those usable
- work closely with a broad set of stakeholders
- build a deep understanding of modern HR tech and the early-stages of a company

- you want to have a high degree of ownership in your work, and are a self-starter
- you want to collect a unique work experience setting you up to start your own company in 2-3 years
- you want to make a difference at a fast growing early stage tech company
- you have gained first full-time working experience via internships or working student positions in the fields of management consulting, early-stage technology startup, venture capital or investment banking
- you have an outstanding degree (Bachelor OR Master OR PhD) in any subject 🙂
