What you'll get to do...
- As our first US-based Account Executive, you will work side-by-side with the co-founder and be at the forefront of change in the HR world.
- Using your expertise you will own the sales cycle from end to end e.g. tapping into new markets to sourcing and qualifying prospects and ultimately closing accounts to bring on new customers bringing HiPeople to new markets.
- You will host sales conversations + hold demos with forward-thinking companies. You understand the challenges of your prospects and can sell a solution that works for them.
- Your strong negotiation skills will set the terms and conditions of your deals.
- Convert your pipeline to closed deals and work with Customer Success to hand over clients.
- Through your consultative sales strategies, you plant the seeds of a long-term partnership.
- You action feedback from customers by funnelling it into the product development process.
- You are a HiPeople expert and understand every nook and corner of the product.
This role is perfect for you if...
- You must reside in the US, ideally, East Coast-based to have an EU timezone overlap.
- You have HRTech industry experience in any of the following: Assessments or References, ATSs or HRTech in general.
