As an Account Executive, you will be front and centre for bringing our amazing product to even more amazing companies. Your key focus will be to identify, collaborate, and kickoff successful partnerships with new HiPeople customers.
What you'll get to do...
- As our US-based Account Executive, you will work alongside the co-founder and be at the forefront of change in the HR world.
- Using your expertise you will own the sales cycle from end to end e.g. tapping into new markets to sourcing and qualifying prospects and ultimately closing accounts to bring on new customers bringing HiPeople to new markets.
- You will host sales conversations + hold demos with forward-thinking companies. You understand the challenges of your prospects and can sell a solution that works for them.
- Your strong negotiation skills will set the terms and conditions of your deals.
- Convert your pipeline to closed deals and work with Customer Success to hand over clients.
- Through your consultative sales strategies, you plant the seeds of a long-term partnership.
- You action feedback from customers by funnelling it into the product development process.
- You are a HiPeople expert and understand every nook and corner of the product.
